Still on the Bonny Youth Federation Matter... Lancelot C Allison Responds

Mr. Lancelot C Allison has finally responded to the outcry and barrage of accusations rocking the Bonny Youth Federation ... He said

"Good morning all,
In all people should know that the constitution of Bonny Youth Federation is supreme and it is only the general congress that has powers to suspend the constitution. Before you become a delegate you must swear an oath to protect and defend the constitution that is what we call induction. The letter attached to this post is from ministry of Youth suspending the proposed transitional congress to user in an ELECO with the help of the security agencies.
Lets respond to the question by Jerry Jim-Halliday

1. "On whose or what authority did Simeon Wilcox set up a parallel ELECO?
      Answer: On the authority of the constitution of Bonny Youth Federation.

Point of information
The constitution of Bonny Youth Federation does not recognize caretaker, it only make provision for ELECO and if the ELECO fails the congress Clerk takes up responsibility to put in place new ELECO with 2/3majority of congress members.
No Council Chairman has right or whatsoever to set up ELECO for the Bonny Youth Federation more so incorporating non delegates into such that is total abuse of power and inconsequential. The best a council chairman can do in times of crisis is to call all parties involve broker a peace accord on some terms and if both parties are comfortable with such they will return to a congress meeting and do his bid.

2. Another question you ask, " At the expiration of the tenure of the executive without an ELECO, who has the authority to set up one? 
   Answer: The congress Clerk with 2/3 majority.

You see the Constitution of Bonny Youth Federation does not give authority to our Local and Traditional to interfere in her affairs, but they are properly recognized and referred to as partner agencies. The only person whom the constitution recommend to give advice is her grand patron, and that is the authority of the Amayanabo in Council.
